Always super responsive to my questions and very short turnaround times for orders. One time I came in and they offered to replace my nose pads for free

I had a few hours free and was overdue for an eye exam, so I stopped in to see if they had available walk-ins. And they did! The office staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to go right in for an exam immediately. The optometrist, Dr. Patel, was also very friendly, and gave me a thorough explanation of my results. She actually caught a more serious issue that I didn't even know about, and immediately referred me to an ophthalmologist for a follow-up. I'll definitely be getting my regular exams here!

I've been a patient/client of the Trend Eye Care community since 2022 and I have to say that their dedication and service to those who venture in is absolutely amazing. You're not only addressed in your physical eyes health and glass dressing, your met with a staff who listens. No matter what your journey entails. You matter to Trends health and sales staff. I've always had a wonderful experience here. Quick visits, smooth service and the friendliest staff. I recently stopped by to pick out new frames and had a great experience with Brianna. She was so patient while I tried different options, happily answered all of my questions, and took the time to walk me through my payment/insurance options so I felt completely comfortable with by choices. She spent a lot of time with me during the entire process and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend this location for all your eye care needs!

I would highly recommend trend eye care. I have been coming here for years and always walk out feeling satisfied with the service. I recently had an issue with my glasses, and the staff was very nice and helpful. They explained to me the cause of my issue and the possible solutions. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain everything to me. I will continue to visit trend eye care for the foreseeable future.

Our family really trusts Trend Eye Care. Dawn was incredibly caring and friendly, and she had so much patience while helping with my three kids. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and they always do their best to accommodate our needs. They offer plenty of frame options with good to great quality. Thank you for everything you do for us.

I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. Every member of the staff was on point without exception. There is a machine that skips eye drops, works better to detect issues, and reduces the time everything takes by more than half an hour. It isn’t covered by insurance and is about $50, but if affordable is absolutely worth it. As a man who likes to look composed but lacks an eye for fashion, it was a real relief to have Ali reassure me that a pair of glasses I thought could look good did indeed look nice.

You can tell when a business takes care of their employees because the energy is electric. Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was incredibly friendly. It was such a great experience that I regret not coming more regularly. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Also, the selection of glasses was great. I still have my glasses from 2020, and just added got a few more pairs.

I cannot recommend Trend Eye Care enough. I first came in after accidentally sitting on my glasses, fully expecting to pay for a repair. Instead, they fixed them quickly and free of charge. That kind of good faith business really stood out to me. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole experience was fast and stress-free. Because of that experience, I decided to come back for an eye exam. The appointment with the optometrist was very professional, streamlined, and efficient. Quick, easy, and thorough. I then ordered new lenses, and they went above and beyond by expediting the order and installing them quickly since they were my only pair of glasses. Today, I stopped in again after buying a new set of frames that needed adjustment, and Brianna took care of me. She was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and had everything adjusted perfectly in no time. Once again, they helped me free of charge. The only critique I have, and it's a small one, is that I wish PD distance was written on prescriptions. It makes things easier for patients, especially if they ever need to order lenses elsewhere. Leaving it off could unintentionally give the impression that patients are expected to purchase frames and glasses in-store, even if that's not the intention. Including PD would help avoid that perception and make the process more transparent and convenient. Overall, Trend Eye Care consistently delivers speedy, kind, and genuinely helpful service. If you currently go somewhere else, I highly recommend switching. They truly take care of their patients. Already left a google review - decided to add a YELP review.

How do I even start? I had to reschedule like 3 times and they accommodate me with open arms. Very welcoming, caring, and lovely office. Quick service, but never rushed. Knowledgeable doctors like Doc Bedford (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) The entire team here are gems. Special shoutout to Ari; her personable nature and kind gestures really make your day.
