Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar. Pacientes recordemos que existen mas lugares donde tienen mas respeto por nosotros, ya no se aguantan las ofensas de la persona que contesta el teléfono y mas cuando se visita personalmente este lugar y la persona responsable se llama KATHERINE. Este lugar no le importa al dueño lo que pase que permite que persona asi esté trabajando ahi solo para ofender los pacientes. Si no se quieren arrepentir no visites este lugar

It's at 412 Lehigh avenue. It's about a quarter way down from 5th and Lehigh going towards 4th Street. You'll see the sign saying TUS OJOS. You see the entrance lot, walk toward the back, and you'll be there. The only thing here is that it's crowded. I had an appointment for 10:15, and I got checked, but I'm still waiting for the eye doctor. There's no in-and-out; you'll be waiting, no doubt.

I recommend tus ojos me and my family have been faithful clients for more than 30 years. Customer services is excellent, theres a variety of name brands to choose from for your frames. They pay attention to details and the glasses are very durable. The environment is very welcoming and feels like a family. Theres different offices which makes it easier for clients to go in philadelphia and as well as cherry hill nj . Wilfredo and the entire team are 100% the best…

This place just has went down hill, I had an appointment schedule for today 08/13/24. @ 11:30am and I receive a text for an appointment 08/20/24 like how do you just reschedule an appointment without speaking to the person no voicemail nothing same thing happened last month schedule an appointment for my daughter next day they call because they had to reschedule like why schedule appointments that you can’t keep not only that but the whole office staff sucks they went from being friendly and going out of their way to help to just not caring smh I will take my self and family to a different doctors just lost 7 patients in total

Bad experience. Doctor Louisa C Johnson was rude and very passive-aggressive. She was dismissive of my concerns, and the new prescription she gave has not improved my eyesight as I'd hoped. She should not be working in healthcare or any job related to service. Find a better place or, at the very least, request a different doctor.
