Had a great experience. He helped both my daughters and my husband. Would highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and he is so awesome.

My wife was waiting in a room for 2 hours and still wasn’t seen. Demanded her $25 cash only co-pay.l, ( which we still never understood why he only takes cash payments). Every time we go there he completely over books appointments. Never coming back. Totally unprofessional!

If I could rate this office any lower I would. I waited for 2 hours. When he came to look at my problem i told him i was in a lot of pain. He left to get me medicine and I waited again for a long period of time. Too long, I felt like I was forgotten. Worried about the parking situation and no longer having patience for this waiting around with no idea how long anything would be, I walked out the office. I'm lucky I did not get a parking ticket but I'm still peeved off and still in pain from a procedure I feel like was botched anyway. I'm never coming here again and don't reccomend anyone else to. I had an appointment for 2pm. I wasn't seen until 4pm. I have never waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. Staff are more professional than previously rated. Street parking wasn't available so I had to park in a lot. I thought I would only be 1 hour. Entire visit turned into 2.5 hours which turned into paying $35 for parking. Most patients had to keep running out to pay the meter. Dr Graves only accepts cash, possibly so he doesnt have to report his income to the IRS. It seems as though he's more concerned about the money than the patients. He was dressed in designer clothes and Hermès shoes. He just lost a patient. If the wait time was better I would have stayed. Also they gave me expired samples.

My experience at this office had always been pleasant and pretty swift. I can't say I have any complaints at this point after being seen for two visits. Overall, I like the office.

This has to be the worst office in the world. First off the wait to see the doctor will be at least 2hrs, for Dr Graves to come with a sorry excuse for the wait. Each visit is the same wait time. Oh and please don't complain to the office manager as she's his wife and will cover for her man. When I tell you Leslie( the office manager) is rude, unprofessional and ignorant to healthcare. None of her actions match with anything she says. And please don't call her out on her lack of insurance knowledge, it's then World War II. She's VERY combative & defensive when she's wrong. She throws her weight around as well to let you know The practice belongs her. Well listen here Boo, You can stay in charge as I will find another office. I feel bad that such a handsome ass man is married to that troll.

I always had a good experience going to Dr Graves office. His staff is friendly. I had skin tags removed and scar therapy. He helped my acne. I would definitely recommend him.
