Dr. Au is so nice and a great eye doctor. I’ve been going to her for over 7 years even after she moved locations. She is so friendly, patient and helpful. Easy to schedule and I hardly ever wait there.

Dr. Au and Fiona are great to work with. There’s never a wait and I never feel rushed. Dr. Au takes her time with the exam and makes sure you’re getting the best care possible. Highly recommend.

Dr. Au is great. I've never had to wait for my appointment but she also never rushes through. There are always people right before and after me too, so I think she just schedules enough time for each visit. I have time to ask questions and she explains what she's checking for as she's doing the exam. She's great at putting patients at ease. The intake coordinator is also awesome. I lost my prescription and when I called she emailed it within a minute. I've also rarely had good or any vision insurance, so I appreciate that they're upfront about pricing (which is super reasonable, especially given the quality of care). Definitely recommend this practice.

I've been a client of Visio for years now and I absolutely love Dr. Ngoc Au. The office is very clean and comfortable. I never have to wait in the sitting area and my visits are very quick. Highly recommend!
