List of Visionworks Columbus Commons's Reviews
From the front desk associates to those I saw before the optometrist, everyone showed great customer service and was friendly and personable. The optometrist was excellent. I love my glasses
This is my first time going to visionworks due to my vision slowly going away. By far the best decision I’ve made. The entire staff were amazing and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of glasses or if you currently have them!
I was afraid to go to the eye doctor but this team in here was great . They let me get comfortable and gave me time to relax when need during exam all staff was great here
Friendly and helpful staff. Very organized and clean. Everyone very professional. Very happy with my appointment.
Pros: the glasses selection, the woman who did my pre eye exam tests and the person at the front desk who helped me get the price down. Cons: why do vision places feel like a used car lot? It feels sneaky the whole time to overcharge you. The MD was pushing to order me $800 contacts and when I pushed back and said no, he got irritated with me and said "we have to select something to give you your lens prescription." It felt super shady. When I went out to pick out my glasses, the MD had made assumptions that I wanted bifocals and all of these extras without asking. The price went from $400 to $150 once I realized what was going on. All of the "sales" going on are 50% off the RETAIL price. Also misleading. Do better, people are getting ripped off right and left these days, isn't it better to be transparent with your patients and walk them through everything? I was so rushed because it was 5:30...this place is open until 7.
I called 1 hrs. after my visit and I was redirected to a central visionworks customer service. I had to state my concerns and was told that the representative would send an email to the store. I found this ridiculous that I could not directly get in touch with the store. It is now 2 days that I have experienced 2 days with no call back. I will never go back to Vision Works again. The price was right, however. the frames are very cheap and thin plastic. Ridiculous
Everyone was nice
Thank you for being so professional at your work. I liked your wide selection of frames and accuracy of the eye doctor.
The young lady was very considerate of my time my style and all my needs.
Vision Care Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great experience I had at your office. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, and I truly appreciated the excellent care and service provided. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
