Front desk and MA were very pleasant. The provider, Tracy, was like the sun after rainy weather. I was happy that she took extra time to simply talk to me about Me. I felt like my well-being was a priority and that I wasn't just a patient with problems. Thanks West Philly Vybe staff for taking care of me.

Heather was very professional but there was a gentleman that worked there that had a very nasty attitude and not professional. In my opinion should not be working in a public setting with something as sensitive as peopl getting testing.

There is a parking lot, the facility is clean, the staff are polite and professional. You can make appointments online or if you walk in like I did then you log in and register on a tablet. I will be using them again instead of waiting for sick appointmrnt.
