Dr. Zaccone is cold and ignorant as he barely sees or talks to patients. He has front desk staff hand out prescriptions and ignores patients real problems. Too many patients and not enough staff, they never answer the phones either!!!

Do not go here if you value patient confidentiality. The staff has ignored repeated request to secure their garbage. The result is papers and medical debris flying all over Camac street. I have found several documents with patient information on it and, despite bringing this to Dr. Zaccone's attention, the staff continues to leave their garbage unsecured. Ultimately, this leads to garbage blowing out of the bags and all over the street.

This is the worst dr.s office ever! The Receptionists never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never return your call.

Avoid at all costs. Just a "certifier" for druggies and low-lifes. If you want legitimate Psychiatric care; look elsewhere. This office is as CROOKED as they COME!

he or anyone from his office ever vsed while i was in the hospial for 10 days. Disgraceful. Office staff is nice but you can NEVER get thru on the phone. My family left at least 10 messages for them and the docs nver replied. Even teh hospital complained!!!
