List of Wrigley Eye Associates's Reviews
Always a good experience . Top notch professionalism from beginning to end. I've been a patient for many years, hopefully many more.
Dr. Korneeva was remarkably courteous and thorough. Nothing was rushed; she went out of her way to make sure everything was correct and comfortable. Friendly office staff and modern equipment.
I’ve been going to Wrigley Eye Associates for over 10 years. Might be over 15 years. Dr. Karen Wrigley always gets my vision to the best sight whether it is with contact lenses or glasses. I am very near sighted so normally the lenses in my glasses would be thick. Wrigley Eye is able to make them thinner, and add other features so they change to sunglasses, and reduce nighttime glare when driving. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Wrigley Eye Associates.
Will not be returning and do not recommend! Happy to see other reviews that mimic my experience. Extra charges for nonsense is 100% true. Spent so much money for a pair of glasses—a good optician would have not recommended me to purchase them based on lens size & my prescription. The glasses do not even function properly or fit my needs. Felt like I was a bother to the staff any time I entered their office.
The exam was thorough - I have a complicated prescription and they worked extensively to assure I had the right combination of lenses for reading, computer, and distance permutations… I trust their Commitment to eye health and appreciate the additional testing - which informed the more extensive and comprehensive assessment.well done, personable and yet extremely professional.
Echoing other reviews in that they charge separately for contact lens prescription and claim that only the eyeglass prescription is covered by insurance. They also took months to get the trials and gave 0 followup. I would consider this place to be a scam and avoid at all cost.
Front desk was very nice but I did choose to leave before my appointment due to the previously undisclosed “mandatory” tests and additional fees. Only after asking if I could receive a regular eye exam did they tell me that was an option, which you wouldn’t know from the forms that are given as it states one of them is required. I may have been overreacting but it felt off to me so I left.
The doctor and assistant Sharde are very professional. But front desk is quite unhelpful and unwelcoming. I experienced long wait time and lots of hidden fees
Good and quick service
Received a new eye lense prescription and after waiting 2 weeks for them the prescription was incorrect. Optometrist error. Took them back and waited another two weeks. Prescription was still incorrect. I gave up. Paid 700 bucks for the Lenses. I cant suggest them for care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
