I met with a thoracic surgeon today and it turns out FRG, Inc read my CT scan wrong. After what the surgeon showed us on the scan it was obvious that FRG made a blunder in measuring my aortic aneurysm which measures 4.5 and not 5.4 cm as FRG reported. This is carelessness on FRG part. It caused me unnecessary concerns about my health and will cost the insurance company money for faulty practice on the part of FRG. I won't be paying FRG my portion of the bill for their report that's for sure.
I'm not sure if the people that work here are coherent or not... I never want to deal with these clowns again
Never received bill and charges were sent to collections. I was told by the person with broken English that I needed to contact the collection agency and tell them the account it was paid off. I am a former medical biller, the facility that collected the payment is to contact the collection agency with accounts that have been paid!! Lousy service!
Routine exams take 3-5 days for reports STAT takes an 1-3 hours for reports SUPER STAT.... forget it, your better off just waiting for the REGULAR stat timing.
Echoing the experiences of other reviewers here, I keep receiving bills from a doctor whose name links back to this medical center. I have never seen a doctor with this name. The fact is I have had NO procedures done in the month of November 2020 by any doctor at all and I also have never stepped foot in this facility in my life.
If you like sitting on patients for hours waiting on "STAT" results, you'll LOVE this company...
Billing my son for something and he never had any medical services provided by you, ever, he never went to the dr for any issues at the time you sent him a bill. You have definitely made a mistake and are tying to collect money from someone on govt assistance and govt insurance. You are harassing him to pay for something he NEVER had done. You need to get better informed people in your billing office who know what they are doing.
Saw my charge on my insurance EOB and kept watching for a bill. Even called the hospital where the service was performed to see if I could pay there. They knew nothing of it. Finally got a bill today regarding the charges- - from a collection agency!!! Going to try elsewhere next time I need medical services.
The radiologists at Foundation are some of the best. They are very thorough and accurate. If I was having a stroke, I'd want one of these radiologists reading my exam. Billing issues are small potatoes when it comes to getting proper and prompt impressions.
As with others here, they should get 0 stars. No bill ever sent to me, then suddenly I get a notification that a balance has been sent to a collection agency. That's ridiculous. No proper billing system, and no live person answering the phone when you call in to get more information. I don't think many people have a choice as to what radiology group they end up with (as it's associated with specific hospitals or doctors), but PLEASE ALL HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS take note: Don't ever use this company.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
