I had an eye issue and they got me in right away. Everyone was friendly and Dr. was very thorough and reassuring! Wonderful experience!

4 phone calls later ( I was left on hold) Bittel Vision has not yet explained why my insurance was not billed and there is no record of communication but once when my insurance called, someone from the Bittel Vision ( staff member ) said they would contact me to discuss..... And refund.... My initial appointment was in September. I have receipts from July 2024 but my insurance was never contacted. I paid almost $300 out of pocket. Plus $40 this year for a visit and nothing. I would recommend seeking other options for eyewear and anything regarding testing and such. Also the " Business manager " that responded to my last review doesn't exist according to office staff

Over the years my experiences with Bittel Vision have always been very good. I believe the employees there do their very best to make patients feel comfortable and important. There is wide selection of frames and I felt no pressure to make a fast decision on my frame selections. My very recent eye exam by Doctor Matthew Bittel's was thorough. He is very personable and friendly as well. I would definately recommend them to others.

Ordered glasses many times over the years. Last pair didn't work. Doc upgraded glasses without seeing me. Still couldn't read through them. Asked for refund on their voicemail. Never called me back. Went elsewhere. Always crowded, always need to wait. Pricey too.

Receptionist was patience and kind when I was dealing with an insurance issue. Dr.Nault was fantastic with my daughter - explaining things at her level, involving her in the conversation and making it fun!

I have gone to Bittel years ago and stopped going when I moved. I needed an urgent appointment to check an eye injury ASAP. They got me in. The Dr ends up giving me a prescription for a steroid. He wrote the prescription wrong and the pharmacy rejected it. I called back the office multiple times to get it fixed. The staff doesnt want to answer questions or help you. I got a bad feeling and got in with a better eye dr the next day. It turns out I have no chemical burn, eye is fine! I was misdiagnosed by Bittel and would've taken a steroid for nothing and possibly made my eye worse! Also, Dr's need to write specific instructions for a steroid eye drop to be safe as it can not be taken too long, it will damage your eye! No speicifc instructions noted and to take as needed. That is unprofessional and not safe for anyone! I will never go back here again.
