I had work injury and was sent here for mri on my left knee. The actual room containing mri equipment was a mess. A desk covered with magazines and drinks was where I was told to lay my glasses. The tech had body odor so bad. When I was on the table of the mri, the tech was looking around for something to place under my knee before placing it in a contraption to hold my leg still. He found a blue hairnet and placed it under my left knee. It was unbelievably the most unprofessional setting I have ever seen and I work in a hospital.

nice clean office, office lady was very helpful and friendly. appointment was for 11am was leaving the office at 11:35 very favorable experience.

They were not personal at all getting help me with my swing but my swing back on there MRI didn't work put me in the machine twice almost 45 and 50 minutes just had a bad experience with them

I had to get a 2 year follow-up MRI on my cervical spine. I chose this place because it was closest to my home and accepted my insurance. I took the disc of my previous MRI down a few days later and asked for a comparison report and addendum to be sent to my neurosurgeon. After noticing there were no measurements of my syrinxes I went back down and asked for the original report with the measurements. I was told that they don't do measurements unless requested so the radiologist would take a second look and they would fax the report to my doctor. At my neurosurgeon's appointment we went over the report (my copy of the report because they never sent the reports to my doctor). The report listed a change from my MRI 2 years ago however in the addendum is stated that there were no changes. My surgeon can't do the surgery I need with conflicting reports and no measurements and the insurance won't cover another MRI this soon. So I now have to wait 3 months for a "follow-up MRI" at a different facility so it can be done correctly. I've had multiple MRIs over the past few years for brain and spinal cord disorders and this was by far the absolute worst. I never leave reviews either so I just hope this helps one person so they don't end up in my same situation.
