Been coming here for years. This place has gotten worse and worse. Service is very slow. Paid 700$ for glasses which were supposed to be ready in 1/2 weeks before the holidays. Month later still waiting and can't even get a call back. Awful. We are the customer, treat us like it.

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with an office before. I’ve been calling for days and no one ever picks up. The one time someone did answer, they hung up on me before I could even explain why I was calling. I even left a voicemail and my call was never returned. If you need an eye appointment, save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually respects people’s time and answers the phone.

This is the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve called many times over several days, and no one ever answers the phone. When someone finally did, they hung up on me because I had called multiple times in a row. I even tried calling again right after that, and still no one answered. If you’re trying to schedule an eye exam, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else where they actually answer calls and care about patients.

The worst and rude front desk staff in the entire world. Upon reviewing the other customer reviews, I also found the same issues with every customer. I am now switching hospitals to other facilities and will never come back here. This facility is not recommended and I won’t have my friends and relatives go here for eye checkups up or treatment.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes performed by Dr. Joseph Scherer, MD, and I truly cannot put into words how exceptional the entire process was from start to finish. Dr. Scherer is, without a doubt, the BEST. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain everything in great detail and answered what felt like a million of my questions with such patience, kindness, and compassion. Because of his calm and thorough approach, I had absolutely zero fears going into surgery. His entire staff was equally amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough with all the pre-surgery preparation. They were always available to answer questions and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I followed all the post-operative instructions carefully and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. My vision is incredible, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Scherer and his entire team. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful result and for making this such a positive journey!
