Dr. Grob was very uncaring regarding my weight situation. Unless you have had a weight issue, it isn't just easy to stop eating. There is both a physical and mental aspect to losing weight. Really disappointed in his comments.

Dr Grob is the best PCP I have ever had. Great bedside manner. Interested in his patient's health. Quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend

Find another practice immediately. Dr. Grob was my mother's PCP. She was admitted into the hospital and his practice was the admitting team. She had a long and difficult journey in the hospital but 3 weeks and many unanswered questions in, I left a message for Dr. Grob. My message voiced my concerns around the lack of quality care they were providing for my mother, and requested a call-back. My call was never returned and my mother passed-away 2 days later. Simply put: This practice does not value it's patients lives. I'm still trying to get ahold of Dr. Grob. Maybe he will return my call, but more likely, he will not. If you value your life. Please find another practice.

Wish I could provide negative stars. Appointment was scheduled for 5:45. I thought I was going to be late - I called and advised them that I may be late. And yet it turned out that I was 20 minutes early for the appointment time. I left at 7pm. I was not seen. Nor was I told during the phone call that the dr was running late nor during the time I waited I was not advised that the doctor was running late. Zero communication. Zero apology. All I wanted was chantix.
