Dr Lebovitz and his staff are fantastic.....T he protocol they use allows me to see the progression of my eyes...I have been a patient for 20 years or so and have ALWAYS thought is this necessary? Then when he pulls up my history and shows me...here is where you were vs here is where you are and explains what's going on....I think, thank goodness he did that test/procedure and now I know why. Thank you Dr Lebovitz. I wouldn't want to trust my VISION to anyone else.

Couldn’t locate insurance information because of a system issue. When asked if they could bill insurance later when system is working, they indicated that they could not. Only options provided were to cancel appointment or pay out of pocket.

Dr. Jancaro and the team at Envision Eye Care are pleasant and professional. The exam is done with state of the art technology ensuring accurate and thorough results. In addition to contact lenses they also offer an extensive selection of eye glasses from major brands. I highly recommend Dr. Jancaro and her team to anyone looking for an excellent and attentive eye care provider.

Experience loses all its value when pit against indifference. Called to see if my insurance was accepted and was told "in 35 years I've never run Guardian Insurance" you should call them and find the real name... is basically the help I was offered. Lo and behold the next provider I called said, oh yeah, i've heard of them, checked... and now has my business. Edit (in response to the owner's reply): I did have my group insurance number ready and offered to provide it during the call, but was told something about wanting a different number. The response I received here—both on the phone and now publicly—carries the same tone of indifference that originally raised my concerns. I understand insurance can be complicated, but a little effort goes a long way when someone is just trying to navigate their options.
