ZERO STARS!!!! God forbid you miss or reschedule an appointment or two due to crazy schedule. That $30 FEE MUST BE PAID!!!! Customer Service is dead. Don't bother with this place. They just want your FEES!!!

Small office feel with big personality!!! Have been going here for years!! Dr and personnel are very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my glasses and warranty and they fixed them right up with no issues or charge!! Much appreciated!!

Great service expert care

Took over a month to get my glasses the first time and they were wrong .reordered lens took over a month to get the second lens .three month is ridiculous to get new glasses.also made a mistake on my bill charging me over $100.00 dollars more than what was owed.

I use to swear by this place! my kids have been going here for 10 plus years but as of last year this place is nothing but a headache! staff is beyond rude and incompetent! Doctor is nice and does his part well but sadly the staff causes such a headache that you don't want to even go! Spoke with a person in charge over staff issues last time and i was assured he would handle it yet this time around is just as bad if not worse! Asked for a supervisor lady said there is none!! maybe why the staff act the way they do? BEWARE if u want to be treated like a patient should be go somewhere else! I will give credit to Jasmine she was always what to help and beyond kind! The other two are pure useless and rude!

HATE IT HERE. Switching to another eye doctor soon as possible. Been here since I was a kid, it’s gone downhill for sure. There’s now new doctors and employees, BEWARE! they’re all pretty terrible. There’s so much lack of communication from their part and they’re very unprofessional. During eye exams, they rush you and act like they want you out soon as possible(just one doctor in office). When you have questions, they tend to dismiss them often like they can’t hear you even though I ask multiples times. The front desk ladies are all loud and incompetent. They don’t know how to message and communicate nicely. They never sound pleasant or seem like they like working there. The office hours are very limited and inconvenient too. Overall, this place just sucks now.

If there was a zero that's what I would also give this this eye care office. I read the latest review (Please read it) and I noticed this is clearly a practice of this office. I literally went through the same thing in December of 2022. I had my attorney write a letter, I went as far as reaching out to the attorney general and his response letter to them was definitely not accurate, so my next step would be to take him to court and let him spew his lies in front of a judge, but as far as I'm concerned if the $125 that he owes me is that important to him I've decided he can keep it evidently he needs it more than I do, sad part is if he's doing this to other patients he's surely giving himself an additional income. I hope the next person has more of a will to seek restitution in hopes of bringing his practice to an end. (Please reach out to me I will be more than willing to testify.)

ZERO STARS! I had my appointment in March of 2023, lenses changed slightly, picked out new frames, paid $140 and was told they would be in in 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by no new glasses no phone call nothing. After a month I called the office and they said there was a problem with the manufacturer of the lenses, they had broken 1 of the lenses. After 2 months and many phone calls my glasses were finally in. When I went to pick them up I could not see out of them! I was seeing double. They said they would fix them. Called me the following week and asked me to bring the frames back in they had my lenses. I never took the frames home! The following week I called them to see if they were in. I went to pick them up and it was the same situation. I could not see with them. Last year I ordered a pair from Zenni and they worked. What happened to this place? By the way it is now June 14. I have had the same insurance for 27 years and nothing like this has ever happened. I DO NOT recommend this place. I will be looking for a new eye doctor. P.S. I could not post without 1 star
