Not friendly. Never smiled. Saw me in the hallway and never greeted me. Considered going elsewhere as I am pending surgery. Staff at desk disrespectful. Asked me to have a seat as she" has another one in front of me". Another one ?

Did a successful carpal tunnel release with quick healing time and no scarring in the outpatient clinic a few months ago. Saw him today for olecranon bursitis . Explained everything in short simple terms, yet thorough. He did smile a lot. Staff was friendly. No complaints here.

The rudest doctor I have met. It’s as if he doesn’t care about his patients. I have never seen a WORSE bed side manner. Knowledgeable, but the personality of a wet paper bag. Is it hard to be kind and compassionate?

Did not spend very long with me. He did give me clear direction on treatment of the injury, but he wasn’t very personable. He did not smile once - that’s important to help patients feel at ease. 3 stars because he was clear in his treatment plan, but it would have been 4 or 5 if he had a better bedside manner.
