Just an excellent doctor who loves her job, helped me during a trying time with some complex issues around cataracts, emotional for me in a world growing to resemble the interior of a ping pong ball. Especially benefited from Dr Roba’s referrals to other specialists, in all very pleased with what finally came out in the wash which I now can see.

Unprofessional and extremely rude. Diagnosed my eye problem then gave me the wrong eye drops, 2 days later went back to have her fix her mistake and got charged again. When I tried to dispute it I was berated and asked if steal gas from the gas station.

I had a wonderful visit, highly recommend !

First visit, long wait time to be seen then gave me the wrong meds. Returned 2 days of pain later to get the right drops, got an apology (at least) and charged $80 for her mistake. Tried to dispute it and no one would even let me speak a whole sentence. "If you don't pay I get $0. Do you get gas and just drive away?" First, my insurance covered all but $80 per visit, after being told on the first visit there was no co-pay (it's not a co-pay, it's a deductible. The older very rude secretary informed me.) Second, how dare you accuse me of theft as I hadn't even received your surprise bill yet. As I was broke at the time so I couldn't pay $240 on the spot with no notice it was needed, I was refused to be seen. All in all I suggest you learn from my mistake (no charge) and look for a different Dr.

I have seen this doctor belittle her office staff for the last time. The woman at the front desk might be nasty, but to see and hear her being yelled at is a disgrace and very unprofessional for this doctor. I am sure that is why Micheal isn't there any longer either. He was the best thing to happen to that office, so warm and kind. Nothing like I see in this doctor or office. I hope this helps any new patients thinking of going there, DON'T!!!!!!!

I always have a good check up with my doctor. She is always gentile with me. Never have to be afraid with her. She tells it like it is. Would highly recommend her for anyone that needs a good eye doctor. God Bless

Have been a patient for several years, but after having my appointment changed for the fourth time, I'm not going back there. I get the whole Covid thing, but this last time when I asked the nasty woman at the front desk, Hiram, she stated, she's just off!! Well my time is valuable also, so I will start looking. It can't be too hard to find a doctor that cares for their patients and has a better office staff!!

Dr. Roba is a complete professional and I was happy with my experience. Would recommend.

Good doctor but the lack of internet email is a non starter for most. Office staff is cranky and difficult

Called 7.26 at 4:10pm to ask a question regarding a patient's RX. It contained several incorrect items including the name of the brand of contact lenses and the base curve was listed as 8.3. Called to get clarification as to what the PT needs as the brand we deciphered as the intended brand comes in a 8.4 8.6 and 8.8.The administrative assistant was incredibly rude. Cutting us off to tell us the doctor was out of the office because it was Friday at 4pm. All of the information she gave us were mere guesses. She did not offer to have the doctor call us back. She told us the 8.3 was obviously a typographical error and should have been a 8.4.Overall she acted extremely put out to have to answer important questions regarding a mutual patient. I cannot speak as to the doctor or the practice as a whole.
