Best experience I have had getting treatment.Dr. B is amazing!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Bianco’s for a while. Noticed recently that the office staff has become quite rude and condescending.My family and I have had dealings with 3 different women there and they must all be feeding off each other’s negativity. Whether it’s a billing question via telephone or a question regarding sedation (while standing in front of them), Seems as though the simplest question can’t be answered without a snarky, haughty response or an eye roll.It’s shame because Dr. Bianco is a wonderful practitioner. Patient and kind as well. The front office staff however can’t be more opposite. I’m certain he doesn’t know how horribly those 3 women in their matching blue scrubs treat HIS patients. They might think differently if someone spoke to their mother or son they way they spoke to my family.

Called at 3:30 multiple times and they would answer and hang the phone up. They are open until 4:30. One of the rudest staff I’ve ever spoken to. Will never recommend to anyone. Terrible experience. Also the staff treats you terrible.

Office staff not friendly. Dr does not return calls. Billed months late with Questionable charges.

I have been to this maxillofacial surgeon twice. 11 years ago he removed my wisdom teeth and I was left with permanent damage with the nerve in my jaw/chin. I assumed that was an error any doctor could make and I just happened to be the 1/1000 that it happens to.Today I went for an apicoectomy. They rushed me inside, told me to sign papers and said to just sign them and "he would go into detail about them inside".They sat me down, put on a gown, never even said a single thing about "Hi, how are you? Don't worry, we will take care of you" etc. It was all business. He was in within 20 seconds and told me immediately he thought an apicoectomy was a bad idea. He told me he wanted to pull my teeth. Before I could even finish my questions the laughing gas was in and I was put to sleep. I woke up and they shook me quite bruskly to wake me up. Granted I had only been under for a very short time. I couldn't wake up yet but was aware they were there. They did it again 10 seconds later, and said "Wake up. Stand up. You need to leave so we can get our next patient in".In any other procedure where I had propofol they sit you up, give you gatorade and crackers, monitor your BP and Resp, and if you're stable they discharge you. Not here. It's "Get up and get out".I was extremely disappointed in the bedside manor and don't feel it was safe to be rushed out so quickly.

If you need a tooth pulled. Go here. No need to decide. Extremely, Extremely quick and painless. Wanted to update this post and say that you have the option to be put out if you really want to. I opted to just stay awake and I was fine. Slight pressure and it was over. Procedure takes less than a minute after numb.

My family dentist recommended I go to Dr. Bianco to have a tooth extracted. I had had this done once before (years ago) and remember how painful that experience was so I was dreading the thought of going through that again. I was unbelievably surprised during the visit with Dr. Bianco. My first experience I remember a shot of novocaine and a lot of tugging and wrestling to remove the tooth. At Dr. Bianco's I was offered headphones, novocaine and a twilight sleep - which I gladly accepted. I woke up 10 minutes later to find the procedure was over. Amazing! The receptionist, the nursing staff and doctor could not have been any kinder or more professional. Dr. Bianco, personally, called me at 9:30 pm the evening of the procedure to see how I was doing. If I would ever need to have this done in the future I would definitely go to Dr. Michael Bianco and I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone.

Staff are wonderful, the place is well kept, & Dr Bianco is clearly in knowledgeable & has a very flexible schedule. He was able to make a same day follow up appointment for which I'm very grateful.
