Went for CT scan.... everyone was wonderful, from the gentleman at reception to the technicians and aides. Thank you for making an anxious morning bearable. I highly recommend for your imaging needs. Fast....on time... courteous and extremely helpful!

Very easy to get an appointment, and definitely quicker than the other imaging providers in the area. The front office staff are pleasant and efficient, and the techs are also pleasant and make the process go smoothly and most important, accurately! I recommend MIC and will return here if needed.

Staff was not rude, but not pleasant. Imaging took 15-20min. While it took 40min to get the disc printed. There was a gentleman beside us whose appt was screwed up so badly he is waiting 2hours just to be seen.

I would totally rather not be here, BUT the service here is OUTSTANDING. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Scheduled and had a CT completed in less than an hour of it being prescribed today. Last week I was able to get an MRI scheduled next day....Upmc couldn’t get me in for MRI until this morning at 6:30. And these ladies actually come out from behind the desk to help you with paperwork, upmc nurses let me carry my own clipboard between my chin and chest as I hobbled down the hall on crutches. 🙄

Wonderful experience! They have a program for patients that will send a car to get you and return you afterwards (for free)! I was able to have a catscan done quickly in the middle of my workday without any worries about transportation. Highly recommended!
