Super knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor and staff! Would highly recommend!!
Dr. Gipson is incredible. Not only is he an excellent Ophthalmologist, but he also offers cosmetic services like Botox, fillers etc. He has an excellent eye (pun intended) for aesthetics and is better than many of the plastic surgeons who have done my fillers in the past. I highly recommend him for any of the services he offers!
I have had Botox injected a few times by Dr. Gipson, he is gentle, friendly, professional, and I have been very happy with my results. I have tried other spas/Dr. offices but I keep coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Gipson and his friendly team.
They refused to provide me with their service because I was only asking 20 units. Despite me telling over and over again that I did try more units and it didn’t work well, they kept pushing and pushing me to buy 40. The doctor kept bragging about his results and how he never charges extra if his clients require some touch-ups afterwards. Then he started criticizing my face because according to him it’s not symmetrical. Really??? This was completely uncalled for. This is all instead of actually taking his time and actually listen to my concerns. Certainly not going to go back or recommend this place to anybody.
Has always made me happy with results. True to his price and a wonderful person!
Dr Gipson and staff are wonderful. I am having Botox and great service. Very happy person.
I won't be going back! I had an infection in my eye that I battled for at least 6 or more weeks. Dr. Gipson prescribed Zylet eye drops and it didn't help. I returned for 2 more appointments because the infection just wasn't going away. He gave me a refill on the eye drops and told me to use them until they were gone. I asked him if I had pink eye and he said no! After the 3rd appointment and no relief I went to med express. The doctor there who isn't an eye doctor gave me ofloxacin because turns out I had pink eye!!! Within a week the pink eye was gone and so am I to a new ophthalmologist!
Dr.Gibson and his team deliver outstanding experience! This is my favorite doctor's office to visit, I am looking forward to my beaty treatments!!!
I've never patronized any business that was worse with availability. The hours shown online and on Apple Maps are incorrect. You have to show up and see that the actual hours are posted on the window. They gave me the wrong contact prescription and I've been trying to get it corrected so I can order lenses for the last 2 weeks but they are the most impossible freaking place to reach. Do not go here. They will also blast you with spam texts to sell you Botox too. Wtf
I went today to redeem my $179 Groupon for 20 units of Botox. The procedure went well, and Dr. Gipson was a true professional. However, upon checking out, I received a receipt for an unfulfilled balance of $179. A staff member explained that I was given 40 units instead of 20, and the extra 20 units was an additional charge. I asked for a reimbursement as I had already purchased the Groupon, and was never told about the extra units or up charge. I asked to speak with someone who could resolve the issue. I was told the doctor would see me to discuss. He stated that he told me that I "needed" 40 units of Botox for my forehead wrinkles, however, I was never asked if I wanted to add 20 more, and that it would be an additional charge. I explained that a car mechanic makes "suggestions" about what your car needs, but this doesn't mean that you're obligated to pay for anything that you didn't ask for. Dr. Gipson saw that I was steadfast on receiving my money back, so he ended with, "I'll honor your request because I value your opinion". This is the only reason it wasn't a zero.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
