Drs. Are great. No problem with the front desk but their billing department is the worse I’ve ever seen. They ripped me off after me having to call them constantly for 6 months. They took a big copay from me and never filed a claim with my insurance company. They said they did and charged me 49.00 for a copay which should have been completely covered. I feel bad for all the people that may not be paying attention to their bills. Don’t pay them anything till you see an explanation of benefits.

Even when they are busy, they are very professional and accommodating. I’ve been going there for the past 15 years and haven’t had a substandard visit. I highly recommend their practice to friends and my family.

Receptionist had warm, inviting smile & personality to match (perfect fit); the rest of staff had ‘choreographed’ actions, which expedites a visit—extremely professional & proficient. Cannot say another less about Optometrist. Bar is set, indeed, at excellence!
