I would give 100 stars if I could! Dr. Bragdon is the best! Caring, professional and amazing bed side manner. He cares! He doesn't rush you and listens when you talk and have questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I had a wonderful experience with Bragdon; I was referred by my sister she got her boobs done 18 years ago and they still look great! I got mine done and Bragdon and his staff make me feel so comfortable. I got them done in the summer 2020. I love them, they look great and I would highly recommend him. He helped pick a natural size for my body and make sure I felt comfortable

Let me start by saying, Dr. Bragdon did a wonderful job on a small procedure on my back. My disappointment is with his staff and post op office visits. My hope is that Dr. Bragdon either sees this review or someone informs him of how his patients are treated during office visits. My appointment was scheduled for a week after my procedure, I took my one hour lunch break for the appointment... I waited 50 minutes and was VERY RUDELY told my chart was on the cart to bee seen. I asked to be rescheduled because I had to get back to work. With a LARGE EYE ROLL, I got an appointment for a week later, I paid $3 for parking and returned back to work late! I work with the public and am a very patient person! I understand things happen and sometimes waiting can't be avoided. I returned a week later for my rescheduled post op appointment. I skipped lunch so I could leave at 3:45 for a 4:15 appointment. I arrived to a packed waiting room at 4:05. There was no sign in sheet, I said who I was and what time my appointment was, got a head nod and I took a seat. Several others came in after me and one even asked if the Dr. was running on time. That person waited about half an hour and then left. Several others also left unseen or acknowledged! At around 5:00 there were 4 of us patiently waiting to be seen, we all started to talk... my appointment was 4:15, 2 others 4:30 and the last 4:45. When the nurse appeared she called my name... WAIT...there were two of us with the same name! It was not me!!!!! I was RUDELY (as if she, the nurse, had skipped her lunch and waited over an hour) told I was next. I asked if they validated parking? NO! We don't do that! …. I walked out UNSEEN by Dr. Bragdon, paid another $3 for parking and left! Dr. Bragdon, I may not be a plastic surgeon but my time is just as important as anyone else. I will not recommend you to anyone and I will be sure to share my experience with all who will listen. Your staff and the way they handle your patients and manage your office time, need a lot of improvement.

Dr Bragdon accepted me as a patient in 1980, when I had suffered terrible burns at the tender age of eight. I’m now 47 and I’ll never forget when I was prepped for yet another skin graft surgery, he noticed me sobbing and stopped the anesthesiologist to offer a hug and comfort me before proceeding. I last saw him when in college for my final procedure and he still had the same amazing bedside manner. His surgical skill is also top notch.

Doc. Is fantastic. I dont know who his desk lady is. Sounds younger and does call taking but very unprofessional. And tries to do very limited work. They did call me back and where lot nicer the 2nd call around. Not sure if was same girl 2nd time. But she was nice the next call.

talks a lot - doesn't listen - then pretends everything is fine when it isn't

I am almost 2 years after my breast reduction surgery and I continue to be disappointed. I wanted to smaller than I am and every day I am upset about the results. I don’t feel like Dr. Bragdon or his staff listened to me about what I wanted. When I went back to address it, I was told I had no options. I did not get what I paid for. Why is this different than any other service. I should have listened to my instincts and gone somewhere else. I would not recommend him for this procedure. I am very upset. I will be seeking advice elsewhere on how to fix this.
