I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses at SEE Pittsburgh Shadyside location over the past several years. I have always been completely satisfied with style, value and in store experience. I recently experienced an issue with the lenses in one pair. The issue appeared to me to be a product defect not caused by improper care and cleaning. I reached out to SEE Customer Support. They responded promptly, evaluated the issue and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. It is refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer service first and stands behind their product. Thank you SEE and staff.
