It’s not about giving the best medical care for patients at this practice, it’s about following regulations and dealing with cranky staff. My child was very sick and he was ineligible for an appointment because he hadn’t been to the practice in 2 years and 1 month. And there were a ton of questions asked before the office gave consent for me to discuss things.

Bass Wolfson SH is the best pediatric practice in the city. Every single member of the team is so caring and amazing, from the MD's who have seen my son including, Dr Chianese, Dr. Voigt, and Dr. Wolfson (on top of the retired legend of pediatric care, Dr. Romberger) as well as the unbelievable PA Dana Mueller, to all of the nurses and support staff. My son has significant and rare medical issues and I don't know what we would have done without the incredible care and support we have received from Bass Wolfson Squirrel Hill. Thank you so much!

Excellent care from the physicians. Front desk staff and nurses are happy to lie to your face, with their own incorrect forms in front of them contradicting the lies they are spouting, rather than admit that they've made a mistake.
