Some of the best, and worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was in the ICU and I was abused by a nurse. They kept her on staff 14 different incidences with her, she’s not been fired. Medical abuse and all. But then, on the other hand, the best doctor I ever had was Dr. Maloney, she save my foot and ankle.

Marissa on the 5th floor is excellent. She went over every line for me in the discharge paperwork. She answered my questions without thinking twice. She has great personality skills and she was ever helpful. Thanks alot Marissa. There was another lady that helped us as well. Thank u both

This review is for level 6 Stroke rehabilitation. My Mother of 83 years old had a stroke and admitted here. The Nursing staff and Therapists are top notch. Very professional and kind . We appreciate all the love you gave our mother! God bless all of you! Love the Churilla family!

Came to Pittsburgh for Anthrocon, was unable to sleep from pain in my digestive system, went to the ER and got immediate help and medicine that helped me enjoy the rest of my trip to Pittsburgh, thank you so much!

Literally, the WORST hospital ever. Couldn't even communicate with our family when my mother was moved to ICU 3. Passed the buck and blamed everyone else. Then she fell out of bed, and was found unresponsive on the floor. (All while she was a fall hazard and there was a camera sitter in the room). What happened? No one knew. What time was it? No one knew. How long was she unresponsive? No one knew and they DIDN'T even call to tell us AGAIN!!! Called and asked for the manager. They took my name and phone number and it's been two days...Still no call back! This hospital is by far the absolute worst. Steer clear. The one and only star is for Vonnie (nurse). She deserves more. Hope they treat her better than their patients.

My name is Devin Olewski I stayed here after I was shot and I was treated so nice especially by the night time nurse Danielle she did an outstanding job explained everything to me even prepped me for caring for my medical equipment that came with me after discharge. Hands down best nurse ever. Wish I knew her full name so she could get the credit she deserves it. Thank you Danielle!
