Was told there was an error with their system while they trying to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Go to get them the next day, still nothing. Then call the office and there isn’t even a notation of it in my file. The lack of help for a serious injury and disregard to notate the system error was extremely unprofessional

I saw Dr. Blair D. Dierks at the UPMC Urgent Care Center in Robinson. He performed a comprehensive exam and answered all of my questions. Dr Dierks exhibited a willingness to listen and he clearly explained my diagnosis. The staff were also friendly and professional.

Not the best experience I've ever had. An hour wait time. Brought back to the room. Wait another 10 minutes. NP comes walking in, looks at my foot and says "oh I think it's plantar fasciititis. Do you have an ortho doc?" Orders xrays. The xray tech seemed really rushed. 🤔 Don't know if I would come back.

Had an infection and piece of glass in my foot. Doctor and others were great. Glass removed quickly and painlessly. All very friendly yet professional

Ignore the bad reviews. Super fast super friendly staff. Everything was smooth. I was a new patient and they took care of me like I been there for a long time. All the staff and physicians were friendly nice and easy to talk to and explain the situation. Highly recommend.

Read the reviews and was tempted not to go. But, glad I did go and see for myself. From the time entering to exit everyone was friendly & caring. I can’t speak for others, but, my experience was great!

typical egotistical practitioner. speaking in absolutes. i had to insist my daughter get a strep test, which i was told she had a zero chance of. guess what, pa had to come back in with her tail between her legs because the test was positive. stop thinking you know it all and listen to the parents a little better. this type of behavior is what keeps my husband’s medical malpractice career thriving. receptionist was friendly.
