His staff is the best very well trained and answer questions and made sure everything ran smoothly during my visits . I would highly recommend them for any and all vein issues you may have.

My experience at USA Vein Clinics was positive from the first call and during each visit. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I was treated with respect and compassion during each interaction. Lastly I cannot more emphatically praise the work of Dr. Louis in the Fox Chapel location and his entire team. I highly recommend the clinic and all services to those in need of vein treatment or evaluation.

AVOID Dr Certo himself is kind and knowledgeable about the procedure. Their ultrasound tech is also great friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The problem I have is with the company itself 1. I was sent a bill for my office visitultrasound which I paid using their app the money was taken out of my FSA but they ended up with no record of the payment. It took 30 minutes on the phone with someone to get it sorted out. 2. Their customer service is atrocious. firstly the reception has been SO BAD every time I have called them which was MANY times that I had to ask them to repeat themselves constantly. Secondly I would be disconnected frequently and have to call back and start over with someone new. Thirdly I had a simple billing question that took 3 weeks to get answered because every time I would call they would connect me to the billing department and I would be connected to a random voicemail that didnt even specify whether it was billing or not and no one would call me back. 3. I was charged two separate copays though I only had one office visit which ended up taking another long phone call to remedy.So I ended up cancelling my scheduled procedure because I had very little trust in the company itself. All of my interactions with them felt shady and I didnt want to risk them hitting me with a massive bill due to hidden fees. I had full confidence in Dr Certo being able to do the procedure itself but the company he works for wasnt trustworthy in my opinion.
