List of Va Pittsburgh Healthcare System's Reviews
Lack of communication no compassion for the veterans I hate it here! I moved here from Harrisburg and Pittsburgh n beaver falls is the worst VA system I’ve been to so far!!! I barely can walk n they pretty much said deal with it. I’m really really depressed right now I DO NOT WANT TO RETURN TO THESE TYPE OF HOSPITALS. I will pay out of pocket to try n find someone/ doctor who still caresvn treat us more like humans than a #
People working in receiving have a very poor attitude. For being a hospital lots employees out back smoking. I wonder who is taking care of patients when their smoking have the day away.
Great place. Glad vets get the quality service they provide
Matthew from Suicide Prevention is enormously helpful. I highly recommend his thoughtful and insightful approach.
Great experience with the Audiology Dept for a hearing evaluation and getting hearing aids. Best to make an early appt as the parking garage fills up quickly after 8 am.
Always wonderful with my father!!
Livin' the dream.
My husband is presently in the hospital receiving expert care
Very professional and caring and respectful
I have been a patient here since I got out of the army in 2018. I've had extended stays on the 4th floor several times and up to 30 days per stay. The food isn't bad and some days it's really good. My 2 primary doctors at behavioral health really care about me. I have been seeing them since I been coming here. I never really had a bad experience except with the wait at the outpatient pharmacy and it was a Monday and very crowded. I am on several mental health meds and was never in a "zombie state" while I was on the 4th floor. The doctors did adjust my meds to see what will work best.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
