Excellent service, team, and location for high-quality service.
First off.... Dr Emma was amazing...I couldn't ask for a better eye DR. Now .. After the exam and they put you in the sales lady seat, she starts off nice, until you explain to her you're gonna go elsewhere to get your glasses.... How her attitude changes, gets up. Gets my script, pretty much throws it at me ... And sits in her seat and doesn't even look at you or say anything..... If I wasn't so surprised I would have said something but....I was shocked. Thank God for see Emma because that place would have morning without her.
This eye doctor front office people are rude! They claim they are using all of the insurance benefits but if you look at your bill they are over billing and not using all the benefits available... I caught them on this and they ended up refusing me a couple hundred dollars.. stay away from this eye doctor.
Excellent practice. The staff and doctor are wonderful. Highly recommend
Emma is great and I feel that she is invested in offering quality service. There is one employee who really ruins the experience for me. On the occasions I’ve had contact with her, she’s made comments that are akin to shaming me into making purchases that I’d rather not pay for. She’s as pushy as a used car salesman. It makes me so uncomfortable. Along with the pushy salesperson, the prices for frames and lenses are absurd compared to competitors. With insurance, I was expected to pay more than $380 with sub-par frames, but at a different location I was able to purchase high fashion frames and the exact same lense features for only $220 WITHOUT insurance. This office has definitely changed in recent years. I always enjoyed friendly interactions, quality care and affordable choices in the 10+ years I’ve used Vision Makers. The new changes to pricing and the addition of Pushy Pam have changed my opinion of the company. It’s really a shame because some of those wonderful employees are still there, and they’re still lovely. It’s amazing how one woman can taint an experience.
I take my whole family to vision makers. Always a feast experience. The staff are friendly and fun.
Good experience
I had a wonderful experience with Vision Maker! The team was friendly, professional, and truly focused on providing excellent customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s refreshing to deal with a store that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right. I highly recommend Vision Maker to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
