List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
Made the online appointment for 11:30 but didn’t see a doctor until about 12:30. Intake assessment was done by an EMT, which just felt a little bit odd. The doctor seemed pretty okay but I never was overly impressed. You get the service you want if you go to the right place. By far, I consider Med Express my last option in seeking healthcare.
Quick and convenient, caring, listening medical and front desk staff. Took care of my issue efficiently and effectively.
I had an appointment time, so the wait time was short. Doctor "D" was very nice and the prescription he gave me worked well and very fast. I was amazed that I felt better the very next day. Thank you doctor ! I'll finish my pills.
I had a bit of a wait, but generally, good results. Pleasant staff.
not so express anymore, appointment only.
My historical experience was limited to 2 previous visits which were both positive. However, my recent experience was poor. This new "scheduling" defeats the purpose of Med EXPRESS. It took me close to 4 hours to visit with the Doctor. I could have gone to my family Dr. or even the emergency room and had a more accelerated experience. If I knew I was going to be ill, I would have scheduled time. I would encourage reconsidering this new antiquated "Doctor's office scheduling approach". It has moved your niche to a less valuable experience.
Waited for a very long time, only one physician on duty. Wasn’t sure of diagnosis. Was very sick and decided to take uti test from over the counter. Positive results. Did my own diagnosis. Thankful I used my own common sense
Very nice people
Great staff great doctors thank you
Brentwood location turned me away even though it was more than an hour to close. Pleasant hills did see me but the dr I got was a “viral” dr. He barely looked at my throat and didn’t check my nose or ears. Sent me away with no antibiotics even though I’ve got a lifelong history of sinus infections. Went to ENT next day and he was so concerned he told me to go to er if throat got worse. Then later that evening, I could smell the infection, a tell tale sign. The med express dr had his mind made up before he even saw me that it was viral.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
