My experience getting new glasses was so wonderful.The staff were kind and just new how to help me.They were so pleasant and new just what to do to help me.We were laughing and talking and I could not believe how much fun I had because of these wonderful people .

From the minute I walked in the door the staff was very attentive to my presence greeted immediately and very professionally and kind atmosphere the whole experience was a very positive one the doctor was very thorough and was paying attention to my needs and it was a good exam I haven't been on eye doctor in years the whole experience was a good one Becky the young lady who helped me up front choose my lenses and frames was very interested in helping me to the fullest extent and picking the lenses that I wanted and was really paying attention to my needs he was really nice I liked her a lot she's a people person very easy to talk to and I would recommend you guys to my friends and family I was very happy with my visit and will be a return customer in the future

The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed and was able to take my time during my exam and while choosing frames. My husband and 5-year-old also had appointments, and I was a little nervous since it was my son’s first eye exam. The doctor was absolutely amazing with him and made the experience feel effortless and comfortable. The optician was just as wonderful, making sure his glasses were the correct size and fit his face perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Southland VW!

Absolutely horrible experience. Twice. They do nothing but try to upsell and completely ignore my insistence that I only want to purchase what my insurance pays for. I also called them after my daughter got a scratch over her pupil and needed a follow up. The person who answered the phone was absurdly condescending telling me they have optometrists, not ophthalmologists, as if I should’ve known that and shouldn’t be wasting their time with the phone call. It was an honestly disgusting experience. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. Avoid them at all costs.

Easy to schedule and was greeted and examined promptly. The appointment was quick yet not rushed. They had a large selection of frames to choose from. Excellent staff!
