Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Had to bring my father for his follow-up who is having blurred vision and pain. Staff seems to ignore his concerns. Was also not able to go in with him or wait for him as I was his driver today. Maybe they prefer he drove himself while legally blind? Instead waiting in the car in 30 degree weather because the staff insisted I could not sit in the WAITING room. Awful place!

Had a very BAD experience with this doctor. He was inconsiderate and uninterested in my concerns and fears after I had cateract surgery. He rushed me thru my follow up appointment without answering my questions.
