Dr. Sirianni is a credit to the medical profession, and that is not even giving him enough credit. Dr. Sirianni goes above and beyond his call of duty. He first is a very caring man and a great doctor. He deserves recognition for his compassion and level of caring. He doesn't care of the outcome that may hurt him the inly thing that matters to him is his patient. He is TERRIFIC !!!!
