Hema Jonnalagadda's Online Review Report Card

I went here because all the reviews said how awesome the doctors were…Wrong! The doctor did not show much concern for my issues I had been having. She also did not explain anything, try to understand my symptoms, or even look at blood work/testing from other doctors. She did finally agree to do some more blood work and an ultrasound. After both procedures all the office did was send a message in their portal that the results were available. They did not contact me to go over the results of the blood work. This doctor was very cold, not personable and really came across as not caring about delivering quality care to her patients. Will be finding another gynecologist.

If you are getting an ultrasound, be sure to check that the third-party company who does the ultrasounds is in-network with your insurance. It was never communicated to me that the provider of the ultrasound within this office is a third-party company and therefore I did not check that the third-party provider was in-network for me. I am now stuck with a $2200 bill for an ultrasound. Will never come back here and do not recommend. Keep reading the reviews - a common theme is terrible front desk staff and billing issues. I can attest to both.

Just got a call to reschedule a new patient appointment and as other reviews confirm, front desk staff is RUDE. Look elsewhere.

I was diagnosed with a rare and very aggressive cancer that was found at an extremely early stage. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. The worst of the worse. The staff with bad faces always and the "Dra" just talking. They don't give you any big tests that are worth your while. they just want to collect the insurance.

Very kind and accommodating office. Dr. Jonnalagadda is very sweet and really listens to your concerns. The front desk is very quick to help you with what you need as well!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Jonnalagadda and her staff! What a wonderful group of professionals. Never a long wait time. Very courteous and caring. Extremely thorough in reviewing my history. I feel listened to and am confident I am being cared for by a knowledgeable and thoughtful physician. I tell all my friends to make an appointment with their office. They are AMAZING!!

While I really loved Dr. Hema and wish I could give her 5 stars, the reviews don’t lie. The girls in the office are absolutely horrible. Not only are they extremely rude but I heard them making fun of me when they thought I had left because I didn’t understand how to use Teleheath. I’ve never been treated so badly at a doctor’s office. It was enough to bring me to tears after a really hard day and a colposcopy. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt the need to warn others after enduring that. I’ll never set foot in that office again. I am updating this review because I spoke w Dr. Hema today (virtually) and she apologized profusely for her staff’s actions. She also told me that she had a serious talk with them and gave them a warning. I hope that the girls in the office start treating clients better because Dr. Hema is an amazing person and a very knowledgeable doctor.
