“Doctor” you obviously have some other agenda here. Whatever the ratings on this sight, Dr Norris has been a highly regarded physician in this community for over 20 years; by both patients and her colleagues.

We are so blessed to have Dr. Norris as a physician at Zerbe Sisters Retirement Community. She is passionate about her work and the residents. She is very thorough. We are blessed to have her as part of our Zerbe family. She is an amazing addition to our team.

I love Dr. Norris. She is amazingly friendly and always straight and to the point. She does her best to explain everything to me and seems to genuinely care. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable and she’s always very understanding and supportive.

I have written several reviews of Dr. Monica and verified my existence on email, but I cannot find my information on this site. Because I want to save other people the indignity I suffered at a time I fully trusted this doctor, I am taking the trouble to resubmit my unfavorable post. In a word, this physician is horrific. During the worst health crisis of my life, she sent me a registered letter informing me that she was dropping me as a patient because of communication issues. Ironically, she refused to sit down and discuss the perceived issues. I cannot say enough negative things about this insensitive and awful woman, who on the surface seems warm and affable. Do not be fooled.

Dr. Monica Norris is a vindictive, judgmental and uncaring woman in nice guys clothing. She did irreparable harm to.me by dropping me as a patient while I was in the middle of the worst health crisis of my life. Through intermediaries, she claimed I had dissed her case manager, which was true because the woman badgered me with phone calls. Rather than sit down and discuss her concerns, Dr. Norris sent me a registered letter saying she would no longer care for me. After I wrote her a letter apologizing for any untoward behavior, she never even responded. Forgiveness is not on her vocabulary.

Dr. Norris always has time for whatever you need. She's funny & very enjoyable to be around. Love her.

Dr. Norris was the best doctor I have seen in my 74 years. I am now living in Florida but, if I had the opportunity, I would travel to Downingtown. I miss her.

Dr. Norris is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced. She is a trusted partner in her patient's care. She is kind, knowledgeable, highly competent and I feel truly cared for at each visit.

Super friendly, actually LISTENS to her patients, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure her patients are taken care of.

Dr. Norris has been my pcp for almost ten years. She has treated me for a variety of things, and when she wans't able to assist she always refered me out. I am happy with about 1/2 the docs she has refered me to over the years which isn't bad. She is personable, casual, knowledgeable, she remember who you are! She is lgbt friendly. The patient portal for her practice is rather glitchy but it has gotten better in the last few years. She is very good at communicating via email either read by her staff or her. If you request a specialist with a decent reason she will refer you at your request but usually likes to try to treat you with the simplest first line method first. Overall she is one of my favorite doctors and I highly recomend her, too bad she isn't taking new patients right now though.
