An exceptional physician for many reasons. First of all he listens - really listens. After he has gathered all the information from the patient, he gives options for treatment. And explains everything so one can understand. I have had three procedures from Dr Sasso and all have been very helpful. Whether doing a procedure or during an office visit his skills are second to none. I highly recommend.

Been treating with Dr.Sasso since 2017, He is definitely very knowledgeable he hasn’t given up on trying to find out my my medical issues I have Ddd, severe arthritic issues in my neck. A nerve issue in my legs still trying to figure out we’re the burning feeling in my legs is coming from… He is absolutely getting a five from Me.

I have seen three different pain management doctors since my failed back surgery, and I have never gotten results like this! Dr. Sasso has the magic touch. His injections are insanely accurate, and his willingness to try different meds has been unmatched in my experience. I am so much better off than I have been since 2015! If you are searching for the first time, or looking to switch, I cannot recommend Dr. Sasso more highly. Give him a shot (yes, pun intended). You’ll be so happy you did!

Had intractable back pain that was not responsive to several other doctors' recommendations - meds, shots, therapy. After other doctors were less than helpful (and sometimes less than caring), we were referred to Dr. Sasso. What a god-send! Caring, attentive and and took the time to answer all questions. Very impressed that he did not just jump in with a preferred treatment - after careful evaluation of options, set up a course of treatment tailored to me and my specific needs. It was successful and for the first time in more than three years I have no back pain. He and all the people at SEPA were simply wonderful and I would give 10 stars if that could be an option.

I have been to other pain doctors. Dr. Sasso is the only one that truly listened. He explained the diagnosis and layed out the options in a clear layman's terms. Highly recommended!

The best pain physician in the area. Looks you in the eye, explains the diagnosis and treatment plan in understandable terms. I have gone to other pain docs in the area, I am sticking with him. Went to the new Horsham office. Great facility.

I had lumbar injections on the day before Christmas Eve. By Christmas Day I couldn’t sit up because of pain in my back and down my leg. Laid flat all weekend, called Monday. No one answered the phone or no message saying they were OOO. Tuesday I called at 8:15am. No response until my PCP called his office. Nurse practitioner called me to tell me I could get oral steroids (they make me e trembly ill), gabapentine (does nothing for me), or make an appointment. What good is a pain management doctor if they don’t manage your pain?
