She showed little to no interest in helping my teenage daughter with an issue.

Poor. I thought I did something wrong to offend her or something. She was in a hurry, asked some basic questions like, "Any new symptoms," Follow up with any other providers," etc. They're the questions she is supposed to ask so... thank goodness Geisinger gives her script.

Just found out my daughter was drugged and rapped at college. Usually see Laura Newhouser (which we love) but Lauren Devita was the only avail apt. NOW I KNOW WHY! We just wanted an order for bloodwork. She was very cold, in a rush. We weren't there for sympathy but she never asked if my daughter was ok or a simple "I'm sorry this happened to you" instead she wanted to play detective and asked us if we contacted to college or the police.Which is fine but her tone and the way she said it was accusing and degrading, like we were dumb and not taking the proper steps. She was very insensitive and rude. My daughter excused herself to use the restroom and texted me "Im done I want to go home" when my daughter opened the door Devita just walked out. Not even a simple goodbye. As we were leaving the building my daughter said "I will never talk to another dr again about this, this is why I won't press charges because of people like her, can you imagine if she were my judge" All the progress we made at therapy earlier in the day was crushed by Devitas comments and actions. If I hadn't been so emotionally spent from crying all weekend I would have ripped her up on side and down the other. I have worked in the health profession for 18 years. You don't treat people like this especially a young rape victim whose just got the courage to come out. Devita you should not be a dr you are clearly only in it for the $. You are heartless and have no empathy. I will never see you again and I will SPREAD MY EXPERIENCE LIKE WILDFIRE! DONT GO TO THIS JERK OF A DR!! you don't even deserve one star!!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. So emotionless and dismissive. None of my concerns were addressed, and I did not feel comfortable with her at all. The whole process felt incredibly rushed. Don't recommend if you care about your health and want a thorough diagnosis/check-up.

It is like pulling teeth to get a refill. I call or use mygeisinger to request refills and she questions every little thing. I go without my prescriptions for days while she makes up her mind whether I can have them or not. In the mean time, I run out of my medicines and have to suffer the consequences. I'm talking about every day medicines. Nothing addictive. My first visit to her, she was so hateful that I had to refrain from blowing up at her. She actually asked me why I came to her instead of a different facility. I am in the process of switching doctors. She may know what she's doing, but I know me better than she does (since she cares not to listen to what I have to say). I have no time for a doctor I don't feel comfortable with. With her personality, she should have become a mortician.

I was outright lied to by her and her pa. I received no treatment for what turned out to be serious medical problems. I had to beg for every test. I'm going to have to have major surgery which could have been avoided if it had been taken care of sooner. Do not go to her if you care about your health!!!
