Seen Dr Rock on September 30 for a colonoscopy. I was told to arrive at 6:30am Unfortunately Dr Rock was not aware that her office scheduled appointments that day for colonoscopy's I over heard them say after hanging up from calling her. She had just returned from vacation the night before and was not aware of the schedule. She did come in to do the procedures but only after I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled time. That bring me to today 4/21 when I went to my appointment that I was told was scheduled for 4:30. When I arrived at the office 4:23 I was told my appointment was for 4:15 . The receptionist started to check me in but the nurse or MA stopped her and said the doctor would not see me cause I was late. Without looking at the clock they said the policy is if you arrived 15 minutes late your appointment would be canceled . I said it’s not 4:30 , It was only 4:26 at this time. I was not late!!! I asked them to ask the doctor to please see me.The doctor refused to see me and I was told to reschedule. It took me six weeks to get this appointment. The staff was rude and they didn’t want to listen to me. I suffer from diverticulitis and have been having flares and in a lot of pain,. I have called every week to see if the had a cancellation. I was told last week to go to the hospital if I could deal with it. This office is horrible!I would recommend you going somewhere else if you want a Doctors office that cares about patients and their health. Penn Med should be a shame of this office representing you . If I could give them no stars I would.Update:before leaving the office I asked for a copy of my colonoscopy, I didn’t look at it I just put it on my counter. After a few days I went to file it away and realized that I also was given another patient colonoscopy along with mine. I called the office and asked to speak to the office manager. I left a message but never received a call back. I called the next day she was in a meeting so I left another message more details explaining that HIPA violation was committed and still never received a call back !! Never

My husband recently had a procedure that should be covered by our insurance. This doctors billing office does not know what they are doing. We are now being required to pay over $700 to this doctor due to the billing incompetence of this office. We were warned they are difficult to work with and I wish we would have listened. Please do not use this office they will not help you sort billing out and after calling them several times we have given up. It is obvious they just do not care about their patients at all. Please don’t respond to this with your standard response of call to discuss because as I previously mentioned we have done that many times. I am posting this in hopes that others will not experience the lack of caring we have from the is office. There are plenty of other places you can go that will treat you better and do a better job in billing.

They will bill you incorrectly and then will not help. Would not recommend.

Horrible experience with Dr Rock. Husband suffers from UC and during an inflammation told him (via the medical assistant) that there was nothing else she could do for him. Horrible bedside manner and needs to be on top of latest drugs and advancements.

Dr. Rock is an exceptional doctor who gives you excellent surgery care.

Dr. Rock released both my 16 year old daughter and I from her care because she could not diagnose either of us after multiple tests and exams extending over two years. We were diagnosed by another Gastroenterology practice shortly after our first visit. Rock is horrid and has no bed-side manner.

Misdiagnosed my wifes diverticulosis for months through multiple visits until she had to have emergency surgery because it ate through her colon!

Dr Rock performed my last colonoscopy. I’m due for one again next year. I only hope she can perform it because without a doubt she takes all 4 stars PLUS. One terrific doctor!!!!!

Very poor customer service!!!! Billed me incorrectly and after long process of supposedly getting it corrected ended up billing me again. Cannot get through to office by phone, I guess I'll have to drive there and not sure what kind of help I'll get then. Extremely disappointed with this practice.It is over a year since my colonoscopy and still having problems with prof anesthesia cons PC who was supposed to be in network with Dr Rock for procedure. They sent my bill to a collection agency and Cigna sent them a check for that same amount. What a nightmare but no one seems to care.I probably spend at least an hour a week trying to get bill for this August 2018 colonoscopy taken care of.

Appointment was easy. Procedure was over an hour late, but everyone was helpful and articulate. Only problem was they never sent my report to my pcp and sd they had no record of the procedure!
