Mark Brown's Online Review Report Card

I spent weeks looking for a new PCP, and after meeting Dr. Brown, I know it was the right choice for me.

I got a call out of the blue from someone at Dr Brown,'s office asking about the insurance that I have. She wanted to schedule a Medicare well visit. Well guess what. I explained that I made a call on a Wednesday requesting a visit for Friday but wasn't able to get an appointment with Dr Brown untill the following Monday. It didn't matter to the person on the other end of the phone that I told her I was having trouble breathing. This happened about two years ago. The the following February I had an appointment with Dr Brown and told him about my foot pain. He barely touched it and said it could be gout. Guess what he did??? NOTHING!!! On my first visit someone in the waiting room was getting her medical records and not quietly saying she couldn't get an appointment with her doctor. She was leaving the practice. I should have taken a clue and left then instead of about 5 months later. 🤮😱🤒❎🚮

Dr Brown has been treating me and my husband for over 10 years. He always had provided quality care. Recently my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer during the beginning covid. Dr Brown made sure that he got the excellent care he needed during these trying times. I highly thank and recommend him.

I've been Dr Brown's patient for many years. He has never misdiagnosed any problem that I have and always listens carefully and answers all my questions. He treated me when I had gout attacks, arthritis and cancer.

Dr. Brown is thoughtless and unknowledgeable about basic medicine. He didn't take my husband's vitals, but gave him a prescription. My husband ended up in the hospital several hours later with a heart condition. His heartbeat was out of control. He could have died. If Dr. Brown had taken his vitals instead of just handing him a mild prescription, my husband would have been treated in the hospital much sooner. This lapse in judgement could have cost my husband his life and our children their father. This is unacceptable, lazy medicine. It's called phoning it in with no thought.

This doctor is not competent. Trusting him with your health is dangerous.

Please stay away. We had an awful experience.

Dr. Brown has been our doctor for years and he has been an excellent doctor. When a family member got cancer, be discovered it. The oncologists said it was an extraordinary find on Dr. Brown's part.

'Dr.' Brown is not competent. I came in with a messed up shoulder; he shrugged. I made an appointment with his PA and she was good. I came in with a sinus infection--which I looked up on Web MD. I also had a messed up knee. He looked at my knee, said to take ibuprofen. He insisted that I did not have a sinus infection. I did, in fact, have a sinus infection and it went away with home treatment. My shoulder

Despite what seems a high volume of patients,the office set up is amazing.After checking in, you enter the inner office and are instructed to which waiting room you wait according to what doctor you are visiting. Although my actual visit with the doctor was brief, he gave me the info and mess I needed also, set up immediately my follow up the following week and a future visit a month later. This was only my third visit to the office and the fifth or sixth meeting face to face with my doctor, I am quite pleased and can see that this will be a good relationship which is sometimes hard to find these days. AND, the staff ALL were helpful,courteous and down right nice women.
