List of Richard Saunders's Reviews
Dr. Saunders is clearly burned out and he acts like a big pharmaceutical puppet that just subscribes his patients prescriptions. His staff is horrible and unprofessional. I will never suggest anyone to go there! He's so irresponsible and he doesn't even touch his patients. Evil man
Great doctor. Pays attention to the small details that matter. Great bedside manner. Love his long term assistant / nurse. Generally on time. Been going to him for 7 years.
Lower level of focus and are compared to other doctors and facilities.
RECENTLY I WAS OUT OF TOWN VISITING MY BOYFRIEND, HE LIVES 2 HRS. AWAY. ON THE TRIP DOWN I WAS HAVING REALLY BAD ALLERGY SYMPTOMS. WELL, I WAS GETTING WORSE SO MY BOYFRIEND TOOK ME TO POTTSTOWN MED. CTR. TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I THOUGHT IT WAS ALLERGIES OR A CHEST COLD. HERE, I HAD BEEN IN ASTHAMA ATTACK FOR DAYS. WELL, BEING OUT OF TOWN I DIDN'T HAVE A DR. SO DR. SAUNDERS TOOK MY CASE. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HE MADE ME FEEL AFTER ONLY MEETING HIM ONCE I WAS SO RELIEVED AND KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. I CAN'T SAY HOW MANY NURSES TOLD ME THAT I WAS IN GREAT HANDS. WELL IT TOOK A BIT, BUT I AM 100% BETTER. I AM MOVING DOWN TO THE AREA SOON AND AM GLAD TO KNOW I HAVE A NEW PULMONOLIGIST AND AM IN GREAT HANDS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DR. WITH A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER, POLITE AND WILL LOOK AT THE BEST WAY TO GET YOU WELL, THIS IS THE DR. FOR YOU!!!
I have a chronic respiratory disorder. Dr. Saunders used to be my Pulmonary specialist, but he became part of a group (PMA Medical Specialists) where he became my primary care physician. I have been seeing him, in total, for nearly 20 years. His proactive and aggressive approach to my health issues have resulted in my being in excellent overall health at age 60. More doctors should be this good. I can't say much about the office staff though...they are the worst. Ten minutes to check in and another ten to check out...unacceptable!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
