When I went in for my Surgery the office was informed there was no deduction as my insurance had changed their policies and charges. The office continued to try and tell me I owed them a $500 deduction. They continued to call me continuously and were told over and over the same thing. The surgical office DID NOT follow up with my stitches after the visit. I contacted them about my infection never heard back. They never gave me a follow up to remove my stitches. After the infection continued and my hand was very swollen I had to make the choice to remove the stitches myself which was very painful but I am glad I did because I was then able to clean the area and remove the infection.

He is very rude. He didn't listen to me at all. Thankfully the doctor who saw me in the ER referred me to someone who did.

I highly recommend this surgical group for all your orthopedic needs. Saw Dr Phillips for hip issue that three other doctors from Geisinger kept telling me I had a groin strain. Dr. Phillips knew immediately what the issue was after examining me. Torn labrum and hip impingement. Further imaging showed that also. He did scope on my hip. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. If it’s something he can’t do he knows other professionals who can. Best decision I ever made was going here.

I have gone to integrated for all my ortho needs Dr Teideken ( not sure the spelling) was very quick and precise with the diagnosis on my left and both times. Dr Phillips was always there when I hurt my shoulder both times and when I got blood work done at the office I passed out and awoke to I’m pretty sure every free hand In the facility to make sure I was alright I would recommend them to anyone whose willing to listen

Had my left rotator cuff repaired over 5 years ago, with a different surgeon, and went though a long recovery road. Chose Dr Phillips for my left rotator based on my wife’s recommendation- she’s an OR RN and has worked with Jason for many years. I’m only 2 weeks out, but feel great. People in the area frequently chose to seek surgeons outside the area, but I have no doubt that Dr Phillips is one of the best ortho surgeons anyway. In addition to his surgical skills, his personality and communication skills are also stellar

Supposedly knowledgeable about EDS, Dr. Phillips was not. He was sure I didn't have a torn labrum. I finally got my family doctor to order an MRI. I had two tears, a cyst and a bone spur in the left hip. One tear in the right.
