Doctor was very nice and helpful but the staff that works for him is absolutely rude and horrible.

Sent on recommendation of my doctor. Was audibly scoffed at by the receptionist when I told them where I worked. You could tell immediately the doctor had no interest in being there. I hadn't caught on to the fact that my appointment was being treated as a joke until I was asked if I had any other pains anywhere else, and after my reply, being told "Well we don't treat that here".

Place was dirty and looked as if they hadn't vacuumed in weeks with trash on the floor of the humid waiting room which had no air conditioning. Doctor was rude to my dad who struggles with speech. Reception was polite and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Chawluk for many years. In my opinion, there isn't a more highly qualified neurologist anywhere. He is up on all the newest treatments but one of his best qualities is his ability to empathize with his patients. He always listens and never makes you feel like you're holding him up. An EXCELLENT doctor and a wonderful man. He's helped me so much over the years. I don't know what I would of done without his help. We all need more doctors like Dr.Chawluk, who puts his patients first and foremost.

The rudest staff I've ever met, especially the woman at the front desk! The very first time I met her, when she called me to come in, she yelled: "You, ...go!", "Go, go!". Always unhappy, it seems that she hates everybody. I guess they are okay with her attitude.

I was seeing him for a neck injury from a car accident. For one thing after the MRI he never really did anything helpful. Then he told my car insurance that I was back to pre accident condition which I am most definitely not. Which caused me to lose the Acupuncture that I was receiving further the neck issues.
