Dr Dubey is very thorough. Takes time to listen and explain any questions you have. He quickly responds when you call with any problems/new symptoms. Truly cares for his patients. Office staff has been great getting messages to the dr and completing forms as needed and always been pleasant to work with.

Dr. Dubey has been my neurologist for several years now. I originally started seeing him due to a concussion I sustained at work. He was so helpful that I asked if he would consider becoming my neurologist and to help with my very frequent migraines. I spent years dealing with a large regional hospital for two decades and got nowhere. After I got through the concussion problems, he started helping with the migraines. Inside of 3 months, I had a diagnosis. I finally knew why I was in so much pain all the time. How did a major hospital miss the diagnosis for 20 years? Needless to say, I'm still very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Dubey. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.

Scheduling appointments are easy to do. The office is clean and organized. Dr. Dubey is great. He's helpful, thorough and answers any questions you may have. The office staff however, could be a tad more pleasant.

I love Dr.Dubey. The receptionists and answering service? Not so much. Every time I've ever called or had a family member of mine call they are either hung up on or are given a terrible attitude as if we're wasting their time by the answering service. The receptionists have been very rude in the past. I had many problems with my medication and had to call two times in one week because of such severe side effects. I was yelled at to stop calling and give my medication a chance to work.
