I can’t say what I really want to but I can say he said to us when treating our son that I guess you will not use me as your Dr anymore. That should explain it. Terrible experience and can’t believe he would say that because son broke leg and ortho specialist said due to an accident, he disagreed. Proved it was accident

I recently moved to the area and I'm looking for a new primary healthcare provider. This office was listed on my insurance's website so I gave it a shot. Drove out there and showed up eight minutes late because it was snowing pretty decent out and I live 30 minutes away. The office is in an old townhouse and the building had a heavy musty odor inside. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the waiting room was that the wall had a massive crack with bubbling paint around it running from the floor all the way up to the ceiling. The place looked depressingly bad for any type of business. I went up the the receptionist's window and she sat there and stared at me from her chair and said "Can I help you?" I had to read her lips because she wouldn't get out of her chair to slide the window open for me to hear her. I opened the window and told her who I was and that I had an appointment. She told me I was late for my appointment, to which I responded that it was on account of the weather and traffic. She simply repeated that I was late for my appointment and sat there staring at me until I said "Okay then, I'm going to find another doctor, thanks" and left. If this was a veterinarian I wouldn't take my dog here. Think about that.
