My son appointment was at 9 and I still haven't been seen it is now 10. Really had to be organized smh done with this place

Waited over 2hours and all they did was move the over flow from the waiting room to another waiting room. I asked nicely as to what was going on and I was told they had no clue and no idea when I would be seen either. They double book all of their appointments. One man said it normally takes about 5 hours for his appointments. That's when I left. Unbelievable and very unprofessional.

I was 15 min late due to bad weather I waited over three months for this appointment when I walked in the nasty receptionist told me I had to reschedule I apologized for being late but the roads were bad and there was a 2hr delay with schools I was stuck behind a school bus she didn't want to hear it and didn't care. I would of waited an hr to see the doctor anyway I left and called eyeland they took me right in with no problem. There are other opthamoligist in the area that are friendly and accomadting to their patients I will never go back!!

Two months ago Dr Luo did lasik on my left eye. Today I still have extremely blurred vision in that eye and have gotten the run around since the surgery. Today I had a 3:30 appointment. I arrived at 3:15 to be told Dr Luo is running two hours behind. Yet another run around. I will be seeking legal counsel in this matter. This has been a nightmare since January. Took almost five months to schedule the procedure then the day of, they were unable to do anything except bust blood vessels in my right eye. Then it has been two months of noting. Keep using drops is all ihear, meanwhile absolutely no improvement. then today...the final straw. I would not recommend Progressive to my worst enemy.

Excellent doctor, but waiting times often runs into hours. Never had to wait that long in anyone else's office. Need to stop trying to push in so many patients.
