List of Erin M Fly's Reviews
Only ever had one slightly negative experience at the office with a nurse who was having a bad day. Every other time has been wonderful. Every time I call to schedule I get to talk to an actual person. She has been great getting my migraines under control and which I am happy to report have not reoccurred since Dr. Fly started treating me.
Dr. Fly is very caring, but prone to friendly conversation and can easily go off track before you remember to mention your reason for the visit whether it's stomach discomfort or a cold. I take a paper list with me of medical problems/concerns I have. Once you get down to business, Dr. Fly is a skilled, adept physician. She can multi-task and still be personable. And she has excellent recall. She'll remember you had that back pain or strep throat in prior years. One aspect I don't like is that is that the medical assistants/nurses aren't the best trained. They do not wash their hands when going from one patient to another and come to work when they're sick. One coughed and sneezed the entire time I was in the exam room and then tried to give me a vaccine without washing her hands. The last thing I want is going for a wellness exam and ending up with the flu three days later because a medical assistant doesn't practice good aseptic technique.
Very personable, caring and current with medical education and knowledge. You will have to tell her the reason for your visit, otherwise she gets chatty about family life, etc. and you might forget the reason for your visit until after you leave. Very engaging, but I had to interrupt our chat by saying my cough got worse. Immediately, she kicked into medical mode and treatment.I'm confident with treatment. Keep track of your medical treatment. If you're treated for a particular condition and she wants to see you again in three months for a re-check, make sure you tell her why you're there, otherwise she gets distracted with conversation. Remember, you're paying a doctor for medical treatment, not a great conversation about your latest vacation in Florida. She may appropriately refer you to a pulmonologist for a lung condition, but unless you note it at your next visit, she won't remember to ask.
Super Caring! She is very supportive. She listens when you talk and spends time with you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
