If you ever have questions, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone; they never answer the phone. I am always sent to voicemail. By the time they call back I’m always busy and cannot answer. I’ve arrived at appointments 15 minutes ahead of time like they request and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the time the appointments were scheduled. There is also one particularly rude nurse practitioner there that I always seem to get when going there for express care visits. The two stars are because my children’s doctor, Dr. Darrow, is great.

Dr Haas is very professional and got things done to the point. Every question i asked was answered and now i got all my lab specimen lined up to check my overall health at age 31. Would recommend her!

Very personable- Dr Balloqui LISTENS & HEARS you when you talk to him which I have found , in my 79yrs of life , to be a rare commodity in a significant number of drs- ESP male drs ‼️ He involves you very much in your choices of treatment, very open to discussion & is open minded & not the least bit “territorial” ! I am extremely grateful to have stumbled across him AND his staff (who are also wonderful to work with !). I look forward to a long & amicable working relationship with Dr Balloqui & his staff !
