Dr. Crognale gave me my life back! When other drs told me my issues were coming from my knee, it was this wonderful doctor took the time to listen to me and had the insight and intelligence to know it was my hip. I would not see anyone else.

I was rushed through my second visit because the Dr. had to leave early that day for his vacation. I was told I needed to go to pain management after a 15 second exam from him. He told me if pain management did not help then I would need a hip replacement!! I got an MRI a few days later (ordered by my family Dr.) the MRI showed the problem is major back issues not hip issues. I also had an $85 co-pay that day. I will never go to this Dr. again. I feel he could have done more to find the cause of the problem. Not take my money in a rush and leave me with no real answers.

Of all the many doctors we are dealing with for my husbands concussion, Dr Crognale is the only one who truly listens. He is there every step of the way to help in anyway possible. A great doctor and a great, caring human being.

From my first visit where he seemed to have better things to do than listen to me to my last, I got a lot of “I don’t knows” in response to my questions and a general disregard for my problem and the effect it had on my life. Basically, he could’ve cared less about me. See another doctor.

From my first visit where I he seemed to have better things to do than listen to me, to my last, I got a general disregard for me as a person and my problem. Answered most of my questions with “I don’t know” and he never tried to get me an answer. Staff was also a joke. They too cared less. I stopped seeing him and went to another doctor when it became apparent that he had no intention of finding answers to my questions or my problem. Go to another doctor in a different health system.

Dr Crognale was extremely caring and had excellent bed side manors. I had Dr Crognale in the ER and he took great care of me while I was in such pain waiting for my family to get there... He assured me that everything would be okay. I wish all doctors would be like this doc. Not to mention he is a young doctor who cares so much for his patients and enjoys following up. Best of luck to Dr Crognale and his future. -William

Absolutely phenomenal! He treated me not as patient with the upmost respect. I'm proud that that there are doctors as good as Dr. Crognale, it makes me feel wanted and that I will be taken care of every time!
