List of Scott J Loev's Reviews
Was not able to fix my issue. Seem to go fast and always goes to the simple solution instead of going to the big picture
saw him for about 5 minutes, no physical exam, and right away wants to set up an injection. office staff very hard to get hold off. no explanations of cause of pain.
Very Friendly and informative. Offers a wide spectrum of information and opinions on your condition and what the different options are. Very accommodating of asking questions. Takes the time to talk with the patient to make sure they have all the information and their questions are answered.
Have always had great results.
All the staff from the administrative assistant at the front desk, the RN the tech that helped the doctor and Dr. Loev were very pleasant, knowledgable and kind. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
I was referred to this doctor for injections. I was referred on December 9th and today is December 26th. I have had to call two times and was given the run-around twice. It's like the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Very disappointed and I will not be seeing this doctor. A patient who is referred internally shouldn't be treated like a moron. Shame on you and your staff.
I have been seeing DR. Loev for pain in my neck. During the initial evaluation, he sat in the corner and never examined me in any way. After performing a medial block with some relief, he scheduled a second which did not work. For more than 2 months I have called the office several times, I have stopped by the office and to date I have received no reply. The appearance is the I was not an easy fit in his block, block, ablation program so he has chosen not to follow through. This is truly sad. I am still experiencing the same pain, with no relief; yet, the expert in pain and spine has chosen to not return my calls. Made one last call today. Can't say I would recommend this office to anyone.
Doctor Loev is a excellent caring physician. I’ve had 2 C5/C6 injections that worked unbelievably well. No recovery time. I’d recommend Doctor Loev to anyone that has pain management needs.
I have a previous back surgery, Facet joint disease, bi-lateral nephropathy, cervical radiculopathy, and a painful neurological autoimmune disease. I have had the privilege of being treated by some of the best doctors the teaching hospitals of Phila. have to offer. Dr. Loev is not only kind he is knowledgeable and exceedingly proficient. Having had surgery at Temple, ablations done at both Hahnemann & Jefferson University Hospitals (three well known & highly regarded teaching Hospitals in Center City Phila.). I believe my experience qualifies me to say "he met & exceeded the treatment expectations you would expect from a renowned teaching hospital'" Without the drive into Center City and with a kind caring and HIGHLY efficient staff, that keeps thing running smoothly..These procedures used to take an ENTIRE Day (actual procedure took 15mins) . Now I'm in and out in under 45 minutes (Tops) and have experienced greater results.I would not hesitate to STRONGLY recommend this doctor and his staff.
I waited 45 minutes after apt time for him he was in spent 4 minutes in the room with me to tell me what surgeon already told me needed and cost me $50. Then didn't schedule appointment for procedure for 3 months and told me I had to come back in for another $50 consultation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
