List of Wei-Shen W Lin's Reviews
Wei-Shen W Lin, MD is a smart doctor. He prescribed me a special Arm Sling that worked so well.
He a good doctor i would recommend him to anyone good doctor and a good man
At first I was not pleased but I can honestly say he is the best orthopedic surgeon. He did a total knee replacement and my results are outstanding. He and his PA are the best. He may not be friendly but come on his surgical skills by far are the best. Do you want a friend or an excellent surgeon? I highly recommend Dr. Lin Teri Orlick
My age was against me, so I was told. I still have pain a year later. They did not operate because of my age was 71 at the time. This is unexceptled. All they ever did was take X-rays.
Terrible Experience in this office. Had three separate appointments was only seen at one of them. And that visit was brief. Was also billed after giving insurance. Do not recommend this office
After a 10 min visit and barely looking at my xray and MRI results I was told to go to physical therapy. A common practice among all st Luke's drs so they all can get their money before they actually fix the problem. After a second opinion on the same day in was told pt would do nothing and in fact would probably make it worse. Also I was told he could not see the severity or size of the tear from the MRI. While I knew all that information because it was written right on the report that we can all see on the st Luke's app. The second dr was also able to tell me exactly how bad it was after looking at my MRI. Mainly because he actually took the time to look at it. Waste of time and copay.
Dr. Lin was not helpful and almost seemed annoyed that I was there for a follow up appointment. His PA was very nice and helpful, though.
As a practitioner, I would definitely recommend him. Dr Lin was awesome. He showed care to the patient (me) even at the latest hours. He is diligent, skillful and I learned through another orthopaedic surgeon in Geisinger (also my orthopaedic surgeon) that he was a great chief resident during his residency. I would get my surgery done with him any time.
I had to find a new orthopedic surgeon because how horribly I was treated by the orthopedic group in Doylestown. Dr. Lin was highly recommended and I'm so glad I gave him a chance. I highly recommend him for many reasons. I needed surgery and he was able to put me at ease as well as do an excellent job along with his office staff and the staff at St. Luke's Quakertown hospital.
Dr. Lin spent all the extra time I required for my appointments and surgery explaining everything in detail. He understands how every patient is different and needs to be treated with the patient's best interest. He diagnosed me correctly and did surgery as the last resort. He has treated me for my shoulder and wrist and operated on my wrist without any complications. Excellent bedside manner. Couldn't ask for a better surgeon with all his knowledge and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
